He is responsible for the preparation of individual tax returns, financial statements and Business Activity Statements for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Companies & Trusts and is highly devoted to helping clients to achieve their best possible results. He enjoys learning and building strong knowledge in the world of taxation and is determined to further his understanding to assist clients in all their specific needs.
Mervyn has completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting & Finance) Degree at La Trobe University and is currently in the process of completing his Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand Graduate Diploma.

With nearly 8 years’ experience in public practice, she is skilled and experienced in the taxation compliance for individual, company and trust tax returns and the preparation of financial statements. She enjoys building relationship with clients; helping them solve any problems and assisting them on achieve their goals.

James has an aptitude for accounting and is determined to provide the best tax result for each of our clients. He is responsible for the preparation and lodgement of tax returns & financials from individuals to company & trust accounts. This includes maintaining any other lodgement obligations such as business activity statements and taxable annual payment reports.
After graduating from RMIT University with a bachelor of business in accountancy, James immediately set out to become an accountant and is now embarking on the Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand Graduate Diploma. When not at work or in the books, James enjoys keeping up with online trends and pop culture.
James joined King & Whittle in October 2019 and has established himself as a team player and is always eager to take on new tasks to improve on his two years of accounting experience. He looks forward to developing strong client relationships and being able to provide assistance or resolve queries to our clients and their tax matters.
